Enigmatic Rapper NiVo Drops New Single: and I know

Enigmatic Rapper NiVo Drops New Single: and I know

NYC-based rapper NiVo has today released a new single: and I knowNiVo showcases his knack for melodies on the track, crooning over a playfully refined trap beat. NiVo makes expert use of autotune and reverb, allowing his vocals to take center stage in the mix.

and I know revolves around themes of transparency and communication. NiVo’s noticed how women have started to treat him differently, as his music career evolves. He makes it clear that he’s always going to be straight-up with his intentions and he expects his love interests to do the same.

“And I know is for anyone who has communication issues with a potential partner. It’s meant to just encourage people to stop caring so much and just cut to the point!”

and I know is NiVo’s second release of September, having released Back In My Back just a few weeks prior. NiVo is part of the NYC/Dubai-based record label and collective Nuit Sans Fin.

Diablo Releases Haunting “Illuminati” feat. Ski Mask the Slump God & Lil Yachty

Diablo Releases Haunting “Illuminati” feat. Ski Mask the Slump God & Lil Yachty

Fresh on the streaming platforms is a hot new banger titled “Illuminati” produced by 22-year old South Florida producer, Diablo. After having his first gold single this year with Lil Pump’s “Boss” it’s clear that he is headed nowhere but upwards in his success. “Illuminati” features Ski Mask the Slump God and Lil Yachty and is out on Diablo’s own label called Foolish Cult. The heat in this song is real and it’s no surprise that it was co-produced by Diplo and Boaz van der Beats.

The dark and gritty production is amazing with the rolling hi-hats and gloomy 808’s making for a quality mosh song. Ski Mask the Slump God’s classic deep flow goes perfectly with Lil Yachty’s verses. This is a song you won’t be ready for when it knocks the venue down with it’s insane hype. And speaking of seeing this live, Diablo also just announced that he’s joining Dillon Francis and Alison Wonderland in their Lost My Mind Tour which is scheduled to kick off at the end of January. Read below for tour dates and be sure to check out this new song!

Wuki Re-Releases Bootytech Single, ‘She Got Some’ feat. Jay Davi

Wuki Re-Releases Bootytech Single, ‘She Got Some’ feat. Jay Davi

Wuki has unveiled a brand new reprise of his song, ‘She Got Some’ feat. Jay Davi, reworking one of his most beloved tracks to date. The reprised version of ‘She Got Some’ is the latest release on Wuki’s new label, Wukileaks, and just the second release from the label’s debut project, Wukipedia Vol. 1, following up ‘Chop It’ feat. Bri Berlay.

‘She Got Some’ is an upbeat booty-house tune that will ratched up the energy on just about any dancefloor. Wuki previously released the song a couple years ago, but has now unleashed a brand new rework that enhances the sonic qualities that made Wuki’s loyal legion of followers fall in love with the track in the first place. The reprised version of ‘She Got Some’ takes on an even more trap-infused direction, with a filthy brass drop that should have booties shaking even harder than the original.

Tropkillaz releases Milk & Honey featuring Aloe Blacc

Tropkillaz releases Milk & Honey featuring Aloe Blacc

Renowned for their trap music in the EDM world, Brazilian duos Tropkillaz returns with brand new single, Milk & Honey featuring American singer Aloe Blacc.

The Brazilian producers DJ ZaGon and Andre Laudz rose to fame in 2012 and received global recognition for their featured track “Hide” that received about 100 million views for the 2013 Superbowl. Backtracking to how the group was formed, it came to a surprise that the pair actually met on Twitter and are at least a generation apart in age. Nevertheless, the two clicked and began regularly making beats together, establishing themselves as Kings in the Trap world.

The two talented producers have teamed up with Aloe Blacc for an infectious new song and video  – Milk & Honey – right in time for the ensuing spring and summer months. Tropkillaz have gone for more electro/pop-driven production than their usual bass-heavy sound and Aloe Blacc’s vocals take the track to a new level, completing an unexpected but impressive collaboration.

If you heard of Avicii’s “Wake Me Up”, you would have heard Aloe Blacc’s amazing vocals behind one of the biggest crossover songs of the decade. Not only was he known for this track, he was also known for his singles ‘I need a Dollar’ and ‘The Man’ which topped the charts in the United Kingdom.

The video has been shot between Los Angeles and São Paulo and is produced & directed by Brazilian super director Kondzilla (owner of the world’s #1 music channel), and Marcos Loschiavo.

They – Nü Religion EP

They – Nü Religion EP

There is so much great music coming out right now. I can hardly keep up and me just getting around to posting this EP is proof of that. “They” are ridiculous and continue to show how versatile the trap sound can really be. Their new ep “Nü Religion” may only be 3 songs long, but these tracks are pretty much perfect and should be played loudly as your riding around town. I can;t wait to see this shit live. Mind Of A Genius have struck gold once again! Enjoy.

Vincent – Only

Vincent – Only

The almighty Trap God(s) formerly known as XVII just dropped another huge track entitled “Only”. While the trap scene seems to be congested with copy cat producers, Vincent continues to make his mark, blowing just about everybody else out of the water with banger after banger coming out of his soundcloud page. While I can’t say that “Only” is my favorite track from the LA producer, it still packs a huge punch and I will gladly throw it in the next #FutureFeels playlist. Keep it up son!

Tim Legend – Songs of Solomon

Tim Legend – Songs of Solomon

It’s literally impossible to keep up with music in 2015. This song has somehow been out for 2 months and I’m just now finding it… “Songs of Solomon” represents the perfect blend of “future” and “trap”, delivering a cold piano melody over some very nice bass. I love this song and hope to hear it somewhere live soon.

DEFFIE – Choirs (YUNG SENPAI REMIX)

Tracks like this always get me pumped up. We already knew that Deffie’s “Choris” was a straight banger, but then you take a new producer like YUNG SENPAI on the remix and the turn up is ever so real. I have no idea who this guy is and assume he’s from Japan (Harajuku District to be precise). To be honest, it’s even better when you get an unknown like this to just light up your original track. Also I love his god damn soundcloud profile pic. A+ on this one boys.

MISOGI – Pink2 (ep)

MISOGI – Pink2 (ep)

I’ve only been following MISOGI for a couple of months and everything I have experienced thus far has just been a pure joy to listen to. There isn’t a lot of info out about this mysterious producer but as I like to say a lot these days, the music speaks for its self. The vibe of this 6 track ep is full on future feels. You can close your eyes to this and go wherever you need to go, be it a state of focus and deep concentration or a lost world of distraction. There is a steady balance of good vs evil through out the entire project with plenty dark, almost medieval trap vibes, paired beautifully with synths that seem almost angelic at times. This is exactly what I want to hear from a “future bass” type of ep and I think Misogi has the potential to take this whole style of production to another level if he continues to build off of this solid foundation. Check it out for yourself and feel free to donate some fundage at the links below. These producers have to eat too ya know.
