After dropping singles with Rick Ross and most recently Gucci Mane ) – The “Live From The Streets” Creator & producer has a fresh verse from DMX on his latest offering Supreme Ninja Training Montage. The song is the latest from Mr. Green’s Ultimate Supreme Ninja Champion series, loosely inspired by 1980’s movie montages.
When asked about how DMX got involved in the series, Mr. Green had this to say:
The Fat Beats Records limited edition vinyl release includes drum and instrumental versions and bonus music from the new G Music Library and will be available for purchase here.
DreamDoll taps Rahky and G-Eazy for her latest single / video for “Who You Loving”. Taking inspiration from the LL Cool J classic “Loungin”, DreamDoll and G-Eazy tell their own love story over an updated version of the timeless instrumental.
How can you be mad at a video featuring Kanye West and his father (Ray West) just having a good old time out in the snowy Wyoming wilderness? Shout out to whoever included the clip of the Lama and the donkey because that moment was perfect. Let’s hope we get some more visuals from Kanye’s latest project “Jesus is King” in the near future.
Being a seasoned festival goer over the last 10 years, I knew this day would finally come. The day I’m speaking of here actually happened last Friday when the Outsidelands music festival warmly opened its gates to the cannabis community by allowing festival goers a chance to enjoy their substance of choice in a safe and beautifully curated environment, right on the grounds of Golden Gate park. They called it Grass Lands and for me it felt like an Oasis and a true safe place to enjoy the plan that I love so much.
While other festivals like Northern Nights have had areas where pot loving fans could enjoy their favorite products in the past, Outsidelands is the first major music festival in America to allow the legal sale of cannabis and cannabis infused products and it was a glorious site to see. There were many brands set up in the woodsy clearing where Grass lands was built, showing off their latest products and selling their various strains, concentrates, and accessories, but one brand really stood out to us here at AlwaysHustle.com as far as their activation set up, the quality of their products, and the information they provided to a diverse group of Grass Lands attendees and that brand is Kiva.
Kiva has always been known for their exceptional quality. Their chocolate products alone have become legendary and are still considered to be the best in the industry but beyond that we saw some other treats from the brand that kept us coming back for more.
Both their their gummies and their Petra mints have not left my bag since the festival as Bothe offer edible lovers the perfect amount of THC whether you are looking to micro dose or put your body into full relaxation mode. A far as their activation went, Kiva had a variety of attractions that kept their lines long all weekend, including a live chocolate wall and non medicated sampled of their many treats.
In only its second year, it appears that Grass lands has made a serious impact on the cannabis and the live events community alike. As a fan of both worlds, it’s exciting to see what lies ahead for programs like Grass Lands and brands like Kiva as they both continue to push things forward for the millions of people who enjoy cannabis in their lives. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the whole experience and thanks to these delicious edibles I can now say I am a true Kiva fan for life as well.
Stay tuned for more info about the Cannabis industry and for more great products from Kiva, check out their website here.
The dynamic duo that brought us two of hip-hop’s best albums of the last 6 years is coming back to LA. If you have not heard their latest masterpiece “Bandana” yet, you need to wake the fuck up and fire up Spotify imediatly (you can do that by clicking right here).
Madlib has been once of my favorite producers since I discovered hip-hop for myself in 1998. While I had always been a fan of the stuff on the radio, it was Stones Throw records and the group Lootpack that really elevated me to another level as far as my hip-hop fandom was concerned. Over the years, Madlib has essentially produced the soundtrack to my life. His collaborations with artists like MF Doom, Jay Dee, and Talib Kweli are all time honored classics and his work with legends like Dilla pushed the envelope for todays young producers who seem to obsess over the sounds these guys created.
As far as Freddie Goes, I have covered him on this site since he started gaining traction on the blogosphere in 2007. I had first heard his raps from friends on message boards around 2004 or 5 but it wasn’t until he started touring that I really got a taste of his skill. A true lyricist with a flow and cadence all his own, Freddie got people talking about Gary Indiana for the first time since Michael Jackson emerged from the small midwestern hub.
So now that I have completely dated myself, it’s time to talk about the present. “Bandana” right now has a legit shot at being hip-hop’s album of the year so when I saw that the guys were playing in LA, I made sure my tickets were secured. You should do the same by buying yours from the link below for god’s sake listen to this album if you haven’t yet. You’re ears and brain will both thank you later.

The first ever AMF (All My Friends) festival will be taking over ROW DTLA in just a few short days and we couldn’t be more excited. Music festival pioneer and DJ extraordinaire Gary Richards has put together a stellar lineup including RL Grime, Jamie XX, M.I.A and many more. Set times have just been announced (which you can see below) and a limited number of tickets are still available here.
If you were ever a fan of the HARD events that Gary used to produce, then you owe it to yourself to come out and support what will surely be the next great event brand in LA.
Our friends from DOLA are also giving away a pair of tickets so be sure to enter that contest right here.
We all knew that these guys would be coming back eventually so while I can’t say I’m too surprised to see new music / visuals from the almighty Prodigy, the fan boy in me is blowing up today because the song (and video) are both fucking great. My journey with this band started in the 90s and they were one of the first groups to really make an impact in my young musical mind so to hear this today means another great band from my youth has come full circle and in the best way possible.
To make things even better, a new album has been announced as well (‘No Tourists’) which means more new music should be coming / leaking shortly!
Today is a great fucking day for music and we have The Prodigy to thank for this.

One of my favorite bands (PERIOD) dropped a new song & music video last month and it’s fucking great. The vibe that Jungle creates with their music is just infectious. Their sound is classic but at the same time it just makes you want to dance. Please remember that this is coming from a guy who hates to dance but what are you supposed with something like this. I can barely sit still listening to it now as I write this post. If you aren’t familiar with Jungle I feel sorry for your life! Go see them live and stream everything you can get your hands on asap.
