Damn this beat is fire! I can’t say that I’m the biggest fan of KR’s voice (just a little to nasally for me personally) but his song “Play My Shit” has a very cool flow and vibe to it. You already know I’m pretty much a Kinda Neat super fan and Boogie is the man right now. So when these two things come together you get real entertainment. This dude’s flow is something else. I wish I had more time to work on hip hop because this is the kind of music I want to support.
I love it when passionate fans show their love through their own talents. This 44 minute fan made video which covers the entirety of J Dilla’s “Donuts” is a masterpiece and a great way to learn about the masters music.
Check out this awesome mini documentary from Thump & Hungarie Ones on the man himself, MR. CARMACK. I’ll be seeing him live at what will be a sold out show at The Echo on Friday and this video is a great way to get hyped for what’s about to go down.
Following Soulection over the last year has been incredible. Everything they have done has been on point and they truly represent the power of music and the sound of tomorrow.
